Nationally Recognized High School Principal Shares Steps To Begin Dismantling Racial Inequity In Schools Learn More About This Plan

I know what you’re going through right now…

You want to address systemic racism in your school but you don’t know what to say or do.

You’re afraid you’ll get backlash from your community, or, at worst, put your job at jeopardy.

The good news is I’ve been there and done that.

And I want to reveal steps you can take to foster a culture that is committed to equity in schools.

Best part?

Thanks to what I’m about to reveal, you’ll be able to have those difficult conversations…

…and work with your colleagues on how to grow in their understanding of race and racism so that they can better serve students.

Regardless of whether you work in a racially diverse school or not it is critical that we talk about race and racism in our schools…

…. This course will help you to develop a plan to address systemic racism in a coordinated and collaborative way.

In fact,  this is one of the first resources that will help you to:
  • Build a collaborative team committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Engage in conversations about race, racism, and equity with students, staff, and families.
  • Develop awareness of race and racism in your community so that you can address hate incidents, develop antiracist policies and incorporate a more culturally responsive environment for students.
So if you’re someone who wants to get rid of racism in your school and become an agent for change…

…then you’ll want to read every single word of this message.

HOW I HELPED TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE…

HOW I HELPED TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE…
I have spent my 20 years as an educator committed to creating school environments that allow ALL students can excel.

I have also seen the systems and structures that get in the way of us creating a school environment that is true for ALL students.

As a high school administrator, I have learned the steps that we can take to improve our schools as well as the challenges that we face

I also thought to myself…

What were we going to do to foster this change…
…and  move past the pushback?

I have learned that by working collectively with colleagues, students, and parents, schools can dismantle inequitable policies and practices  in any community.

How did WE do it?
Created structures and systems that helped dissolve inequitable polices and change the narrative in my school.

Incorporated culturally responsive instructional practices that helped students to see themselves in the curriculum.

All of this helped us empower students to fight hate and bigotry, which are critical lessons our students will take with them for the rest of their lives.

NOW IT’S MY MISSION TO HELP OTHER SCHOOL
ADMINISTRATORS CREATE EDUCATIONAL EQUITY IN THEIR SCHOOLS

These days, more and more schools are becoming more diverse.

And school administrators need more “tools under their toolbelt” to help combat racism and create more equity.

Yes, the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmad Arbery have brought this serious issue to the forefront over the past couple of years.

However, more needs to be done in our schools to keep the conversion going and effect change.

That’s why I created a resource that’ll help narrow racial gaps in your school and fight hate and bigotry.

You’re invited to join…

“CHANGE THE NARRATIVE”

How To Empower Your School Community To Fight Hate And Bigotry And Dismantle EDUCATIONAL INEQUITIES

Change the Narrative will contain the tools and systems you need to help foster change in your school when it comes to addressing systemic racism..

I have seen many schools use this process to address systemic racism.

This course will be given over 4 sessions in a membership only portal to which you will get access to after signing up.

You’ll have access to the course forever so you can go back, re-watch it, make notes and get more confident and certain when it comes to impacting change in your school.

By the time you’re done with this course, you’ll

  • Feel confident when bringing up race and race relations to your colleagues and students
  • Move forward with initiatives that’ll create more equity in your school (even though you may not have support in your community)
  • Have a tested plan you can rely on, even though you’re a minority in your school and are afraid you won’t get support
  • Become a leader in your school that’ll help you empower students
  • Know exactly what to say or do when questioned about your intentions when it comes to furthering equality in your school.
In other words…

YOU’LL FINALLY HAVE THE RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO BATTLE INEQUALITIES IN YOUR SCHOOL!

This program is worth $997, but I’m having a launch special of only $297.

You can even split your investment up into 4 monthly payments of $89 if it better fits your budget.

This is a small price to pay to remove the awkwardness when having conversations about race in your school…

…and feel empowered when it comes to creating more equity in your school.

Plus, considering there are absolutely no resources available for this important purpose in our schools…

…the investment is reasonable and even a bargain, especially considering the powerful lessons you’ll discover in this course.

So invest in Change The Narrative today, while it’s still hot on your mind.

I look forward to helping you!

We're in this work TOGETHER!
